Internal Control System

Huaqin has established a robust internal control system to ensure the standardization and compliance of corporate governance. We have set up an Audit and Risk Management Committee and an Internal Control Committee, each with its own responsibilities in the construction of internal controls, working together to maintain the company's compliance operations.
We have established a comprehensive three-level internal control compliance management system and built three lines of defense for compliance. We identify and assess risks, set compliance aims, formulate corresponding control measures, and implement them into specific business activities and processes. This achieves compliance management and supervision across all areas and levels of Huaqin's operations, effectively reducing compliance risks and laying a solid foundation for the company's stable development and market trust.

Risk Management

Huaqin Technology's operational risk management framework involves a dynamic, yearly process of risk assessment, grading, and categorization. This process builds a comprehensive risk portfolio and heat maps, driving the continuous optimization of our risk management. We place a strong emphasis on identifying and addressing emerging risks. For economic and geopolitical uncertainties, we have conducted prudent scenario analyses and developed robust response strategies.
