We jointly fulfill responsibility requirements with our suppliers, adhering to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, ensuring that our cooperation meets ethical and social responsibility standards, and promoting the sustainable development of the supply chain. We integrate human rights protection throughout the entire supply chain management process, implement a 'zero tolerance' and veto policy for behaviors such as child labor, forced labor, and corporal punishment, and establish diversified communication and complaint channels to safeguard employee rights. We publicly provide complaint mechanisms and confidentiality commitments in multiple language versions, require suppliers to promote and inform their employees about these channels, and receive and handle all feedback, both named and anonymous, according to regulations.

We move towards green and low-carbon together with our suppliers, jointly carrying out carbon emission management with them, encouraging them to face transformation challenges, building and disclosing carbon reduction plans, and ensuring that every step is firmly moving towards the “Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals.
