Compliance is the foundation of Huaqin's long-term development and continuous operation. Internal Control System

Huaqin has established a robust internal control system to ensure the standardization and compliance of corporate governance. We have set up an Audit and Risk Management Committee and an Internal Control Committee, each with its own responsibilities in the construction of internal controls, working together to maintain the company's compliance operations.
We have established a comprehensive three-level internal control compliance management system and built three lines of defense for compliance. We identify and assess risks, set compliance aims, formulate corresponding control measures, and implement them into specific business activities and processes. This achieves compliance management and supervision across all areas and levels of Huaqin's operations, effectively reducing compliance risks and laying a solid foundation for the company's stable development and market trust.

Compliance Culture

September each year is designated as the Huaqin Compliance Culture Promotion Month, aimed at advocating the company's compliance culture and creating a good atmosphere of integrity. Management actively practices and conveys the values of integrity, while also using promotional activities, training, and examinations to ensure that employees fully understand the obligations and responsibilities that the company and individuals need to follow, integrating compliance culture into the behavioral habits of every employee.

Huaqin maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards violations of business conduct guidelines. If you discover any illegal or non-compliant activities by Huaqin employees or partners, we welcome you to report them through the following channels. Huaqin promises to keep the identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report strictly confidential.
