Huaqin is committed to optimizing product and packaging design while ensuring product safety and quality, reducing the use of unnecessary materials, and giving priority to environmentally friendly and green materials. By reducing the amount of shipping packaging and paper consumption, it effectively reduces waste emissions and alleviates environmental pressure.

Feasibility study on the application of recycled materials to enhance the environmental attributes of products.

We explore opportunities for recycling and reuse of waste materials, and make technical improvements in our products to reduce the consumption of raw materials. In 2023, we organized a special research project to systematically verify the feasibility of applying recycled materials. On the basis of ensuring that quality standards are met, we have successfully applied recycled plastic particles and recyclable aluminum materials in the casing of tablet computers, effectively supporting the enhancement of the product's environmental attributes, and meeting the needs of customers and end consumers for sustainable 3C products.

Environmentally friendly packaging solutions.

We continue to delve deeply into sustainable packaging research and development, starting with material selection and packaging design, to develop and apply more environmentally friendly and lighter 100% recyclable packaging solutions. At the same time, we improve the packaging structure to reduce the use of packaging materials, significantly reducing the chances of waste generation downstream.

Full-process control of hazardous substances.

We set the comprehensive reduction of hazardous substances in our products as a long-term goal, strictly implementing global regulations and customer requirements such as RoHS, REACH, WEEE, POPs, TSCA, California 65, and PFAS. We strictly control the entire cycle from product research and development, material procurement, production manufacturing, to shipment traceability to ensure the safety and compliance of our products. At the same time, we proactively formulate and implement plans for the phase-out, substitution, and reduction of chemical substances, reducing the use of hazardous substances from the source and lowering potential hazards to the environment and human health. All of our manufacturing centers have passed the QC 080000 certification.
