Biodiversity conservation process

Avoid: Strictly follow the biodiversity-related laws and ecological red line requirements of the global operation location, and avoid conducting business in biodiversity-sensitive areas.

Reduce: Investigate, identify, and monitor the impact and dependence of the company's operations on ecosystem functions, and minimize the inevitable impacts.

Mitigate: Take proactive measures to contribute as much as possible to mitigating regional/global climate change.

Add: Try to carry out activities such as afforestation to create incremental value for biodiversity conservation.

Huaiqin Nature Reserve, jointly building ecological civilization

In 2024, the "Huaiqin Technology Public Welfare Forest" project will continue to be implemented in Minqin County, Gansu Province. A total of 550 mu of windbreak and sand-fixation forests were constructed, with 36,850 trees of creosote bush and prairie dogwood (in a 9:1 mix) being planted. As of the end of the reporting period, the survival rate reached 92.6%. The project helps prevent wind and stabilize sand in the local area, supports the exploration of ecological industrialization, and contributes to the ecological security of the Hexi Corridor. We will also collaborate with relevant parties to continuously monitor biodiversity protection efforts and contribute Huaiqin's strength to the construction of ecological civilization.
