Joining Huaqin right after graduation, I have been curious and passionate about everything at work. I was once engaged in a challenging project where I was faced with difficulties in coordination and technology and a tight deadline. I managed to bring together upstream and downstream resources and work out countermeasures against the risks. Eventually, the project was completed as scheduled and exceeded the quality target. In 2011, I was promoted to manager, and the focus of my work changed from working alone to leading a team. I love everything at Huaqin and I believe every challenge can make me better.— Zhixin
I heard about Huaqin from my relatives and joined Huaqin Dongguan Manufacturing Center as a frontline production employee in 2012. I was promoted to an assistant in packing and shipping in 2014, the packing team leader in 2015, and the trial production team leader in 2020. Currently, I am responsible for monitoring various data, inspecting and reviewing the production lines from time to time, solving problems by coordinating stakeholders, and improving product yield. Despite growing responsibilities and challenges, I am convinced that responsible practice and attention to detail will lead to success and I will grow together with Huaqin to fulfill its mission.

Before joining Huaqin, I had been an IQC personnel, and production and material team leader. Why did I take so many positions? I wanted to challenge myself. I joined Huaqin as a manufacturing team leader in 2015, and I was promoted to office clerk at the end of 2020. After the cadre promotion defense in 2022, I was promoted to the P3 level. Working at the production line, especially those ordinary positions, is unpromising for many. Yet I believe that even a general worker can become a backbone as long as one works hard and keeps studying.

I joined Huaqin in 2020 and I am now responsible for automation project management. The most impressive project is the Imaging Objective Lab, which won us the third prize in the Top 10 Technicians award. Hardware equipment problems kept surging in the challenging project. We coordinated suppliers and R&D staff and prepared an equipment acceptance list. The problems continued to improve until they were all solved. I have grown up and become more capable of doing my job at Huaqin. I love the atmosphere here and can learn from many technical experts.
