Huaqin's abbreviation, HQ, can also be interpreted as High Quality, reflecting the deep-rooted quality culture since the company's inception. In 2008, Huaqin established the "Quality Month" on September 10th, officially initiating the creation of the quality culture system. Starting with the commitment to be a spokesperson for quality across all fields, it conducts comprehensive and all-staff advocacy from the perspectives of quality vision, quality objectives, quality management policies, and quality benchmarks, building a defense line for high-quality assurance for all Huaqin employees.

Lifecycle Quality Management

Product quality is crucial for the survival of a business. There are many factors that affect product quality, and relying solely on final product inspection to ensure quality is not enough to produce high-quality products at the best cost on a continuous and stable basis. To address this, Huaqin has established an integrated quality management and organizational mechanism that covers end-to-end quality management from R&D, materials, production, to after-sales service.

In the early stages of a project, we identify early risks, plan ahead, and take proactive measures for new targets, processes, and technologies. During the project advancement, we break down, refine, and implement project quality objectives at every level, regularly reviewing the achievement of process indicators for timely improvements. At the same time, we activate the 4Q (PQE, PQA, SQE, IQC) internal coordination to provide strong resource support for the smooth progress and quality control of the project.
