On May 29, 2026, Huaqin Technology grandly hosted the 2026 Partner Sustainable Development Conference themed “Unite for Compliance, Explore Carbon Neutrality for the Future” at its Dongguan R&D Center. Over 500 corporate representatives from more than 380 suppliers attended the event both on-site and online. Participants focused on core topics including ESG strategies, environmental compliance of products, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and carbon emission management. They jointly explored innovative approaches to supply chain compliance governance and low-carbon transition, committing to collaboratively build a more resilient and sustainable industrial ecosystem.

The company highlighted the practical deployment of AI and digital technologies in two core segments: carbon management and product environmental compliance.

In terms of carbon management, a digital carbon inventory system paired with AI models enables precise traceability of carbon emission data and coordinated real-time updates. This empowers suppliers to set scientific carbon targets and optimize emission reduction routes, jointly fostering a low-carbon and sustainable industrial chain.

For product environmental compliance, automated environmental approval workflows have been rolled out. Leveraging AI efficiency gains and professional risk judgment capabilities, the system automatically tracks the latest global regulatory standards and identifies high-risk substances. Intelligent reviews of compliance cases and non-conformities further clarify specific requirements for suppliers across all operational stages.

The CSR management team comprehensively introduced the new 2026 supplier social responsibility audit standards covering labor rights, occupational health and safety, business ethics and other themes, and shared benchmark practices as well as common rectification issues. By breaking down standards and analyzing real cases, the team promoted responsible procurement to be integrated into daily business decision-making.

An award ceremony for “2025–2026 Outstanding Sustainable Suppliers” was held to recognize partners with exceptional performance in compliance, carbon reduction and social responsibility. Representatives of award-winning suppliers also shared their exemplary sustainability practices.
